Terms and Conditions 1. The number of persons using the Cottage must not exceed six. 2. The normal time of occupation is after 3 pm on the holiday start date, and the Cottage should be vacated by 11 am on the last day. Should these times not be convenient do please discuss with Iain and Biddy prior to arrival. 3. Guests must keep the Cottage and all furniture, fittings and effects in or on the Cottage in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday. Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss which occurs to the Cottage or its contents during occupation, and guests will be responsible for paying appropriate compensation should damage or loss occur. 4. Guests must leave the Cottage in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it is found. An additional charge will be made if extra cleaning is necessary as a result of the Cottage being left in a dirty condition upon the Guests' departure. 5. A deposit (see PRICING for amount) in sterling is required to secure a booking. This deposit is not refundable should you later cancel the booking. 6. The balance payment must be made no later than two weeks before the start of the holiday. 7. Pets are not permitted in the Cottage. 8. Smoking is not permitted in the Cottage.
